Who We Are

The Tatte Story — Where Every Bite Matters

Tatte began with a simple dream: to create a neighborhood bakery and café where guests feel genuinely welcomed, nourished, and inspired. Founded in Boston in 2010 by chef and entrepreneur Tzurit Or, our tatte bakery was built on the belief that food has the power to connect people and enrich everyday moments.

What started as a small pastry counter in the South End has grown into a beloved community institution across Greater Boston. Every item on our menu — from flaky morning pastries to hearty grain bowls — is made by hand, from scratch, using premium ingredients sourced with care. We never cut corners, because we believe you deserve better.

— Tzurit Or, Founder & Executive Chef, Tatte Bakery & Café
